Esse aperitivo é campeão para receber alguém em casa! Vai bem com vinho branco, vinho tinto ou mesmo uma cerveja bem gelada. Além de ser super prático e perfeito para esses dias de verão ??
A cremosidade da burrata, o adocicado dos tomates, o salgado da azeitona e o frescor do manjericão, fazem dessa entrada uma perfeição.
Para quem não sabe, burrata é um queijo feito a partir do leite de búfala e extremamente cremoso por dentro (nessa receita você pode substituir pela mussarela de búfala também!). O segredo é os tomates estarem bem temperadinhos (você pode fazer com tomate italiano picado também ao invés do cereja) – eu uso azeite, sal, pimenta do reino e aceto balsâmico. É só servir com torradinhas bem crocantes e pronto – não precisa nem ligar o fogão!
INGREDIENTES (4 porções):
- 1 burrata (200g)
- 200g de tomates cereja ou tomates picados
- temperos à gosto (sal, pimenta do reino, azeite e aceto balsâmico)
- 10 azeitonas pretas picadas
- folhas de manjericão
- torradinhas para servir
MODO DE PREPARO:
Corte os tomatinhos ao meio, coloque em um recipiente e tempere à gosto. Misture bem. Junte as azeitonas picadas e as folhas de manjericão e misture novamente. Em um prato de servir, coloque a burrata no meio e a salada de tomates em volta. Regue com azeite e sirva com as torradinhas.
